  3. OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  5. EZ-Timer "The Software" is copyrighted software owned by Vira Tech 
  6. Development "The Author". It is neither public domain nor freeware. You
  7. may not modify it and distribute it as your own creation. You may 
  8. distribute it in its unmodified, shareware form to as many people as 
  9. you like for no charge. Under no circumstances shall you distribute 
  10. your or other persons Registration Key to EZ-Timer, nor shall you 
  11. tamper with the software or otherwise "trick" the software into acting 
  12. as though you have legally registered if you have not.  The author 
  13. assumes no responsibility for lost registration postal mail or 
  14. mishandled registrations.  The author also assumes no responsibility 
  15. for any damages might occur because of the use of the software.  You 
  16. also must agree to evaluate the software for no more than 14 days, and 
  17. then either delete it from your computer or else pay the author the 
  18. registration fee.  The author releases itself from all liability for 
  19. what the software may do to your computer, despite the fact that it has
  20. been thouroughly tested, and by using the software you agree to these 
  21. terms.
